How do I get to Ravello?
The closest airport from the venue will be Naples International Airport. You can take a car transfer to get from the airport to Ravello. We highly recommend a car transfer over renting a car, as driving along the Amalfi Coast is not for the faint of heart and there are limited parking options in Ravello. Within the town, most places are accessible by foot.
Where should I stay?
We recommend staying within the town of Ravello. Many of the other towns along the Amalfi Coast may be challenging to travel to and from our wedding events.
How do I get to your wedding events?
Both venues are on pedestrian only streets within the town of Ravello. For our wedding day, you will need to walk through the town to reach Villa Cimbrone, which is a 15 minute walk from Ravello's main square.
Is the wedding outdoors?
Our ceremony and cocktail hour will be outdoors. The ceremony will be held on a lawn and the venue has a mix of gravel and paved walkways. For anyone wishing to wear heels, we suggest avoiding stilettos or wearing heel protectors.
Do you have a wedding registry?
You’ve traveled so far to celebrate us and your presence at our wedding is the greatest gift! No presents are necessary and we do not have a wedding registry. At the reception, there will be a card holder where we would love to receive a heartfelt card and well wishes. However, if you wish to give a gift, we would be thrilled to receive a contribution towards our honeymoon via Venmo @minhevans.
Can we bring our kids?
While we love your children, our wedding day is an adult-only celebration with the exception of children of close family who are specifically named on the invitation.
If you plan on traveling with your kids to Italy, we do have a local childcare contact in Ravello and have a reserved room at the venue for childcare services. Please let us know ASAP so we can help you arrange. We do welcome all children to our welcome party on September 23!
